TICKETS
for matches at the BTCellnet Riverside are available from the following sources.
Ticket Office, BTCellnet Riverside Stadium, 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday,
9.30am to noon on match days.
MFC Retail, Captain Cook Square, Middlesbrough, 9.30am to 5pm weekdays plus 9am
to 5pm Saturdays.
Tickets can also be purchased by credit card and debit card by calling (01642)
877745. All such transactions incur a £2 administration charge. Telephone
bookings will be taken up to noon (5.30pm for night games) on match days from
the West Stand Ticket Office.
And by post to the Ticket Office, BTCellnet Riverside Stadium, Middlesbrough TS3
6RS. Please remember to enclose an S.A.E.
WEST
STAND TICKET OFFICE
Open
on match days at 9.30am and will deal with ALL ticket sales and queries
for both home and away games until 1pm. Queues will be monitored and if
necessary satellite offices will open early. After 1pm (6pm for evening games)
this office will ONLY sell tickets for the West Stand Upper and Lower
including North and South West Corners. Any queries regarding lost, stolen,
forgotten and upgrades relating to the West Stand Upper and Lower including
North and South West corners will also be dealt with from this office.
NORTH
STAND TICKET OFFICE
Open on match days at 1pm (6pm evening games) selling tickets for North Stand
only. Also deals with any queries relating to the North Stand.
EAST STAND TICKET OFFICE
Open on match days at 1pm (6pm evenings) selling tickets for East Upper and East
Lower only. Any queries relating to these two areas will be dealt with from
here.
SOUTH
STAND TICKET OFFICE
Open all match days at 1pm (6pm evenings) selling tickets for South Stand (home
area) only. South Stand queries dealt with from here.
VISITORS
TICKET OFFICE (SOUTH STAND)
Only open if visiting clubs have returned large numbers of tickets. When
visiting clubs have sold all their allocation this office will not open.
